this hotel is clean and tidy. it’s located just on the outskirts of town - which is nice and quiet. my grandson loved watching the sheep outside. the staff were a highlight for me - especially in the restaurant. they were professional but also had a great sense of humor.

Tired decor, Internet acess via dial up!!! I certainly didn't have the right cabling to use dial up...nor did I approach the front desk as dial up would have been unbearable. Outside of that the room had all basic requirements. Would have been nice to have one less bed in lounge and a sofa instead.

Newly remodelled hotel, it offers terrific services and quiet location close to NEW ZEALAND, the town centre, and all town amenities and main road to Queenstown. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is savoury!

Very friendly receptionist. more than helpful. Good selection of meals. Room clean, had everything we needed. Excellent outdoor area. We have stayed their before and will again.

The check in policy for this hotel is not clear at all. The booking was done through this site with no issues but they kicked up a fuss wanting a photocopy of the actual card I used to book. This hotel chain needs to reassess it's booking system, as they didn't show much flexibility when it came to payments. Otherwise, an ok stay.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the rooms were super clean and well presented, way better than other places I've been to in NZ. Loved the comfy sheets and the lovely views from the balcony. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, plus the bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the dry cleaning service and the in-room breakfast option, which made mornings so much easier. it was a cozy retreat!

If I had to point out a couple of things to improve, I'd say the location is a bit on the outskirts, making it slightly inconvenient for dining options, as we ended up using the on-site sports bar. it would've been nice to have a larger shower space to make things a bit more comfortable.

Great location with a view of the garden 👀. the area around here is nice and new, adding to the charm.

We found the staff excellent and nothing was a bother.

The shower head and around the edges of the shower floor were in need of a good clean.

Room was clean and comfortable,parking convenient,grounds beautiful,and contact with locals in public bar was a bonus.

House bar was closed very early on the Saturday night-a foolish commercial decision with over twenty after-concert choir members feeling thirsty and unable to tolerate the band noise level in the public bar.
